Items may be returned (unused, unopened in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. However, Nail Labo will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of manufacturer defect* or shipping damage. Returns due to manufacture defect* will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Please understand it is necessary to charge a restocking fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 30 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.

Items may be exchanged once (unused, unopened in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for another size or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (re-shipping charges for exchanged items).

Missing & Defective Items

Customer's must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items includes items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include damaged goods due to shipment and damaged goods in new condition. Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective products received after 30 days will be denied.




Shipping Policy

If a item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If an item is returned due to the mistake of Nail Labo, Nail Labo will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item. See more information HERE.
